Ok. Lets tell you guys I hate this system.

I mailed my package all nice and organize on 13/02 which made me a February filler but they sent it back.

The system is a pretty archaic way of doing things, and definitely not the most efficient or organized. I'm sorry for the delay, but glad you got it fixed pretty quickly!

Also wanted to say hi to all the new filers :star: Be sure to add yourself to our spreadsheet if you want to, we don't do it without your permission so it's easiest to keep up with it yourself. Send me a PM if you can't figure it out or want me to add you.

I'm hoping for our NOA1 soon, but since we're VSC I'm going to guess a few more days.

@TwoChickiesthe NOA received date in the spreadsheet, are we working with the date we took the mail out the mailbox or the receipt date on the NOA? Because I sent my package on 03/13 and the date on the NOA say 03/15...............I took it out of my mailbox on 03/20

I'm not able to edit.......but I just want to understand how it works

I actually went with the date received, not the date on it, because I figured that info would be more useful to us in terms of how long we can expect to wait to receive it in the mail. It's pretty standard that the NOA1 paper date is the date after they get it, or around there. Does that make sense?

If people think it should be organized differently though, I'm up for it! :)

Makes sense but I think going forward there should be 2 columns.....

1. NOA receipt date.......

2. NOA Received date.......

Just to avoid confusion because this is what I saw.....vsc

I received my biometrics appointment letter last Saturday, March 18. The appointment is very soon, on March 27.

CSC received my application on March 7, so moving fast for me so far.

You may read the paragraph #5 of the NOA1 it says; upon receipt of your ASC appointment notice, you can find the status of your case online....

Yes exactly as it states it is the extension letter extending the conditional GC for a year.  Once you receive the Biometrics appointment letter you can use that to track your case.

I have added my details to the Excel sheet as well.  Waiting on Biometrics appointment letter and hoping that I will receive it sometime by the end of this week or next week.

Out of curiosity, does the NOA letter say my GC is extended for a year or will it be two different papers?

Starting to worry a little.

Package sent to CSC - 3/15, received 3/17, As of today they haven't cashed my money order. My GC is due to expire 3/30. Is there a number I can call to chase things up?

At the end of my journey!
