Marriage certificate???

Yes, funny isn’t it?

But I learned to expect literally ANYTHING from them. I was indeed laughing when I saw the letter and the attached list of required doc(s). I had expected to see something more complicated.

I don't know. Maybe they joined your cases together and you only see one case number? I wouldn't worry about it, the normal USCIS site works good too. Both sites updated for me when my ROC got approved.

For the people that got their Green card already, do they show the correct dates? I saw in a other topic that a few people had wrong date on the GC. Starting around April... <_<

I am worried about having the wrong date too. Did you receive your card?

I went to DMV like 5 times to have my license renewed with the I551 without luck (super long line every morning)

I will try again with my permanent card :) big relief to a longer dated license. Haha

No I haven't received it yet. According to my approval letter I should get it within 60 days. My USCIS app status says before April 27..So we will see. Ah your state gave you a DL linked to your Green card ? Alabama gave me a 4 year license like everybody else here.

Yes we’re concerned. Hubby’s new GC says March 13, 2018 - March 28, 2028. Shouldn’t it be dated from when he arrived here back in May 2015? He just filed the N-400 and only sent a copy of his 2 year GC so it didn’t get flagged as ineligible. He plans on taking both the 2 and 10 year cards to his biometrics and interview. Not sure if he should be filing paperwork for the correction now or just wait for Citizenship, because then the card doesn’t matter anyway. 🤷🏻‍♀️

So my 10 year green card came April 2 with an incorrect resident since date. My service request response basically told me apply for I-90 and so I did this Online. I was sent a RFE for the physical Green card to be mailed in to them however while driving to the post office I got a email saying my I-90 has been denied as im a conditional resident and my conditions are still pending yet to be removed. The letter stated to reopen the case I must file a I-290b which is about $700. Now the issue simply was the officer who got my case checked the old system with the CRI-89 number which for me and a lot of people still shows case received. Unfortunately USCIS is having a major system upgrade and switchover at the moment so what is happening is the original receipt number you get for the I-751 is now what is being updated in the new system and seems they are trying to eliminate the other CRI-89 receipt number. So after calling a million times im now waiting on them to reopen my case as the officer acknowledged its a mistake and a lot of the workers are not checking both systems properly. The reason the cards have incorrect date is they are registering all our approvals in the new system hence why MYUSCIS updates before EGOV and its automatically generating our resident since date as of the approval date however the officer should first switch our files over to the new system so it logs in our conditional resident date then approve the I-751 to reflect this. USCIS being bombarded with a lot of applications and such most officers don't have that time so they just approve and put in new system and move on to the next. All this would've have been avoided in my case if I had applied through mail and just send physical green card and application alongside service request response which waives the fee. so going forward my advise to you is apply through mail and Make sure to keep photocopies of your green card with the error so you have proof of status etc. For those also that don't know this is a USCIS error so once you've filed and have a receipt number just call up USCIS and request an expedite for your case due to USCIS ERROR and you should have your new card back within 15 - 30 days.

Yeah, it's incorrect and he needs to contact USCIS for the correction.

Hello,

I got a transfer notice dated Apr 6 that says after preliminary review my case was transferred to NBC in MO. I applied for citizenship also on April 1st. Online I had a transfer notice from April 6th and another transfer notice from April 10th and I have not gotten that letter yet... Is this normal for those who filed the N-400 while I-751 was pending? Thanks!
