Good to see you again! But wait, if the GC expiration is in July it's most likely too early to send your stuff. You have to file within the 90 day window and not before. Please check my dates but if the GC expiration date is July 4 like your timeline suggests, the earliest VSC can receive your package is April 5 or they'll return it to you for filing too early.

 what is tht true? Well then I will send it on first week of April..Hope its not too early...

I can't find my USCIS number for I751 form..Should I leave it blank? whr i can find it...Plz help me..:(

Hey guys, does anyone know after received NOA and Bio are we allow to travel outside of country with almost expire GC? What should we need to watch out for?  Thanks

Once you get your extension letter, saying your GC is valid for one extra year, you should be able to leave the country if you want or need to. Just make sure to have the letter and green card with you. I'd make sure to wait for the biometrics appointment, so you can go to that and then, as you wait, travel abroad. I'm sure you can find other threads about people traveling with their extension letters.

yes but make sure the people in other country what ever country u are going can recognize this extented letter. some country's will give u hard time and some won't try to get stamp on passport

if can it will make things lot better.

Thanks! It's for my husband, he needs to travel back as emergency, (his mother got lung cancer) I know we have to wait till biometric... Just afraid was there any risk during in and out of boarder custom, what should we need to look out for?

Ok. Lets tell you guys I hate this system.

I mailed my package all nice and organize on 13/02 which made me a February filler but they sent it back.

I kept calling them because I did not receive my AOS letter for like 28 days and they kept telling me "you have to wait a month before we can help you" So oh well. What would yu tell me after a month that yo can't tell me know? That was my question..

Finally I receive my package back on 3/12 saying that the fee was incomplete (I did not add the biometric fee because they say on their webside no to added if you are a USA citizen spouse, which apparently isn't accuarate).

So I mailed my package back on 3/11 got there on 3/13 and today 03/21 got my AOS dated 3/14 from Vertmont.

For those of you sending things really organize. It does not really matter. I did send everything classify and received back all together on a mess.

Pd: I send 3 differents money orders for those of you thinking if that is okay.

Now at least  I can renew my driver's lisence.

See you guys on the wait for the biometrics appt.
