Hi there.  If I might make a suggestion...can you change the title of this post to I-751 March 2017 Filers ?

There is still an active forum for March 2016 filers (who are just now getting approved).  It might be clearer for your group if you added 2017 to your forum title!

Thanks!

Sukie in NY (I-751 April 2016 Filer)

CSC is taking on average 18 months and it's better to file for naturalization to save time in the end.

Hello Everyone,

I'm a March 2017 filer and I just saw this when I went online to the USCIS case status:

"On March 5, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxx, at your local office."

My local office is CSC. How bad or good is this news?

Thanks so much.

I'm looking for additional advice. When I filed for my I-751 in March 2017, my husband had not yet received his military orders for the UK so I couldn't include that in my application. In July 2017, I got the 1 year extension stamp in my passport. Then in August 2017, we were assigned to the UK. If I still haven't received my 10 year GC renewal by July 2018 (when the stamp expires), must I re-enter the US before July 2018? I've asked for the GC to be mailed to my sister's home address. Thanks so much!

Good luck! We got an RFE too 1-2 weeks ago. We don't have any utility bills/mortgages either.  What about family affidavits, car insurance?  We are doing those + car insurance statement that says I'm on there too and some other things. Tax returns from 2014 till 2017(somehow we forgot it :o.) Copy of driver licenses (same address).

What exactly did they ask for on your RFE?
