OK, Officially sent my application today, is supposed to arrive monday. :dance: now i have another question, i know its taking 10-18 months for this to be approved and my 3 year anniversary of being a permanent resident is 5/20/18 now if my app is still pend on that date, can you still apply for citizenship or do you have to wait until it's approved?

ROC -I751: Removal of Conditions on Green Card

no u don't have to wait to get ROC approved u can apply when u reach 2 year 9 months even when ROC is pending.

2 years and 9 months of being here on Conditional Residence? I got married in April 2013 - He finally got approved and came on a CR1 on June 6th,2015. Just applied for I-751 March 8th. 90 days before your 3 year anniversary of being a permanent resident is when you can apply for Naturalization. To get your 3 year anniversary date, just take your green cards issue date and add 3 years.

 

USCIS has a filing calculator here : https://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-early-filing-calculator

 

I put my 3 year permanent resident anniversary (01/27/2018) and it gives me 10/29/2017, which is the earliest date I can file.

They mailed it 03/16 and I received it today 03/20. CSC service center.

 

 

I sent package originally 03/07 and was received 03/09 but my husband placed check in the middle of the package so they sent it back
