Its sorta like credit karma but you can use your current cap one log in to sign into it... would be odd if you have a cap one account and then theres no info on creditwise. They (creditwise) might have a phone number you can call for help. 

 

You can also try the site credit plus. I know for us they helped with the credit score/reporting by calling the card companies and getting updated info. 

 

Also just FYI- heres a link for opting out of preapproved credit solicitations. By opting out its suppose to raise your score https://www.optoutprescreen.com/?rf=t

Okaaay.. sooo a little update...I logged onto my free Experian account today to see if anything had happened with the "dispute" I sent with all my documents. They call anything dispute that involves correcting or adding/removing information from your credit information apparently. I was so surprised to see that I had a FICO score generated and that it was 751! Go figure... I have no idea how it got to that number so fast, but hey I'll sure take it!! That's a very good score for being in the country for 4.5 months :D 

 

And it sure helped to supply them with all the information to get things moving.
