Hello everyone, I hope someone can shed some hope for me. Here is our story.. My husband was deported in August 2010 to Colombia, we got married in November 2010 in Colombia. We tried to get married while he was imprisoned in a detention center but they wouldn't have it. He had been in the states since he was 3 years old but was never able to acquire legal status. We started the process in June 2012 because of financial issues. Its been five years and we still have no answer. We are on the last leg of this Uscis received our I601 and I212 on June 29th 2016. I do check the processing times but it seems they are so behind. I would like to know what kind of success people have acquired with these waivers. I used my health as my hardship, I have diabetes and cannot afford to go without medical care aside from caring for my mother who has some health issues as well. My husband never held a criminal record while here in the states so I hope that helps. If anyone has any advice or words of wisdom, I'd really appreciate it.
