K1 packet

Hi everyone. Newbie here. I have a question about usps. My fiance sent the packet through usps last feb 22. Now the status is ready for pick up. Does it really need to be picked up? Aren't they suppose to deliver it door to door? Thanks in advance to those who would enlighten me with this.

If u sent to po box, USCIS represntative wlll have to pick it up

Yes. Once they officially pick it up it can take 1-3 weeks before you get NOA1. So don't start stressing if you don't hear from them quickly.

 

If you used a check with the packet for the processing fee, check to see if it gets cashed also.
