How many chances do we have for RFE

Hello friends!

 

For both I129F petition and AOS:

 

If evidence sent back to the government is not satisfactory to them, do we get another chance?

 

The whole process not being like a face-to-face conversation causes nervousness. Especially since each back-and-forth takes weeks!

 

Hope everyone gets at most one REF, preferably ZERO!

Really only one chance.  If they have a question or issue with what you sent in with the first RFE, they could possibly ask for more info, but general rule of thumb is one shot.

agreed with LionessDeon. Unlucky me, I got a RFE on the I-129f and a RFIE on the AOS (for the record it was both times their mistake, not ours). Both times it stated on the letter that if we didn't answer with the evidence requested, it would result in a denial.
