give it at least 15 days as i, or earlier

I will do that yes. I am just so impatient to receive EAD card because the season is starting soon. I already did my biometrics too so hopefully soon we will see some progress.

i just submitted an EAD expedite request based on Financial Loss / current valid job offer I've just received today. The lady on the phone was very nice and very helpful and submitted my request. I was told I'll hear back from USCIS within the next 5 days via email and to respond accordingly. Let's hope for the best, the start day is May 14th already...

@TL2016 wow! Congratulations. Please could you share the process of your job search or link you followed, preparation of resume and did the lady ask you to fax the job offer if you're don't mind. Good luck and I shall be praying for you.

Without giving away too much information, I applied for a work from home position at a major online retailer.

I applied, submitted all necessary documents, was invited to a phone interview, passed it and received a job offer today.

I called USCIS and selected financial loss as my situation (they make you chose one). She took all my info (name, address, email, case number, job start date) and said to expect an email within the next 5 days. Now when I check online, my I-765 has a expedite request pending. That's it for now. I should be getting an email or regular mail sometime soon. I just hope USCIS handles the request fast enough so I can start on time.

@Soft I do not think there should be more things to add aside the ones specified in the RFIE letter and the letter itself. I pray it works out for you faster now without more references. good luck.

@rose michigan and @Soft it does happen that is why when you want to send out your package, cross the Ts and dot the Is and possibly have someone double-check for you because the USCIS don't care how many times they bug you for more evidence. good luck folks.
