Congrats!

We just got two texts for I-131 and I-765. Have a feeling that we are getting RFE for I-485 but time will tell.

Both receipts start with MSC

Edit: I keep forgetting, what date do people put into timeline NOA? Date on the mail or date they received text?

Also just got a third message with receipt :D

Edit:

So far we just have the 1 NOA for the I-130 so just waiting for the NOA for I485. I just assumed that if one gets a NOA then so would the other as they have been submitted together. (thinking about it, that was a really stupid thought)

Did you include a e-notification for your I764 (EAD)?

Oh okay, we had two e-notifications, he put his information on the one infront of the I130 and then I did one for the I-485.

So far we just have one NOA with a number MSC. But i would of thought they wouldn't have given an NOA to one part of the packet and not the rest, I would of thought they'd just give an RFIE

Try checking receipt numbers one after and one before your receipt number. I don't know if everyone is getting sequential receipt numbers.

HAHA i just did exactly that! There is a i485 the number before mine and then I131, I765 and another I485 (so surely my i485 has got to be one of the two) but all have been given a NOA and "case was received" and the i485 say "fingerprint fee was received"

fingers crossed its good news

@ddddgggg.visa congrats on your progress so far. You will get your biometrics appointment letter between 3-10days from your NOA1 possibly and your biometrics appointment does not show on the myCase tracker status. Good luck.

i just cant work out which i485 is mine (if either) but from what it looks like neither of them have received RFIE (so if either of them are mine I'm a happy bunny) maybe.... Well i've got both saved so when I receive either an email/text or the NOA in the mail, I'll be able to confirm which one is mine.

but the I-130 NOA is a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Now the wait for EAD to be approved so I can get back out there and work. I miss it so bad.
