For those waiting for NOA1s, I understand your frustration. I got ours at 21 days, and it was VERY frustrating to see people who had sent their packets later than us get the NOAs earlier. Just hang in there, they'll come.

I filed 1 month ago, it was 2015 as most recent tax return. But since they wanted RFIE should i send 2016 ?

I have 2016, 2015, 2014 W-2, last 6 months of pay stubs and letter of employment. Is that enough evidence you think? Should i include something else?

This is pictures of my RFIE. It says i sent my translation but i didn't have my proper birth certificate, which is impossible, probably they lost it. I will resend my birth certificate. I am gonna put a cover letter, i am gonna explain that i sent the right birth certificate since they don't know what is proper or not. It is kinda frustrating.

Do I have to send i-864 again? Because they only wanted proofs and it says if i am gonna change my joint sponsor i need to send i-864 otherwise they only want proofs i guess.

As @rose michigan said include that and in my opinion too, attach copy of your co-sponsor form(photocopy) in case they have lost that, also as the said that you include the RFIE letter, make a copy and keep for yourself because these USCIS are unpredictable. Stay strong, it could be very frustrating. Good luck.
