Yes for both the petitioner and the beneficiary it was sent separately. Personally I attached two recommended passport size photo with our names behind in a small Ziploc to each of the G-325A forms.

Please ignore what atuegwu said, it is wrong unless you're also filing form I-130.

The only G-325A that is needed is from the foreign spouse filing. Nothing from the US husband / wife is needed besides the I-864 stuff.

Sent my AOS/EAD and AP to USCIS on February 21st.

Been waiting for a text message/email from USCIS ever since. It's frustrating... :-/

All 3 NOA 1 letters just came in the mail. They all have a received date, receipt number and my alien number on them. The I-485 letter doesn't have a priority date on it nor does it have anything listed under preference classification. I'm not sure if something is even supposed to be there.

The NOA also doesn't indicate what my local office will be and I still can't look up my receipt numbers online.

Hello. Congrats on getting to the stage of filing your AOS. USCIS and their forms changes like the weather these days and personally haven't seen anyone filing with the new i-130 and if they skipped the G-325A or not, but we keep searching to know, you can create a thread on it on here or ask also in other thread you may be lucky to get answers. On the other hand, I was thinking maybe the form should be added to it though to be on the safest side because the eliminate forms not needed when you send out your packet. Alternatively why not call the USCIS office to ask or use the old form since the new one takes effect from April? Good luck to you though.

Thank you for your reply! That's why I am thinking about including G-325A anyway. I know I don't need to if it doesn't say on the instruction, but I have been just so paranoid and nervous about the entire AOS filing, and wanted to know what other people did just so I can feel safe...

I'm also nervous about calling USCIS, last time when we had a question they weren't very helpful, they basically just said "if it's on the instruction, then it's true."

Thank you for your advice!!

How many days did it take from filing for AOS until today?

You can just check the timeline of the person so you don't have to ask every time... that's what the timelines are for ?

It helps ? On a side note: There's a new thread which just opened with some people who have the same problem as you do. They filed for AOS three weeks ago and still haven't heard anything. You should join that and see what USCIS told them what to do.
