You are not my dear. Assume it is one of the endless sacrifice for this journey. Good luck.

It is always a frustrating thing to wait endlessly with no ideas of what is happening to your application but in all please stay strong and positive, I pray everything fall into place for us all soon. Good luck

I believe it will certainly come this week. Good luck

@Bobbybigboob and @Denis & Santhis is obviously the most frustrating moments in each of our lives, sometimes I wonder if the USCIS intentionally do this to get some of us to the breaking point of deciding to go back home or out of being mean or personnel incompetence or ineptitude, but whatever reasons this actions are, I encourage all of us to stay positive and strong please, I know it is easier said than accepting it but this is the only way all of us could survive this trying times. Good luck.

This is unbelievable, how can this be from such a high rated organization. All the same, like others said, double-check the co-sponsor's family size and know if his/her income is still within the line. Good luck and stay strong and positive please.

Thank God for you and congratulations. Thanks for the encouragement @butterfly09

@emchappie it is obviously disheartening how USCIS have turned able-bodied men and women of this Noble journey to lazy bones all in the name of work authorization. I am not a patient person but this journey have taught me lots of bitter lessons as well as changing my "perception" of the process of things here. We keep keeping on and hoping for the best praying against unnecessary delays and RFE/RFIE. Good luck.

Hmmmm! Unfortunate. In the forms there are places to add Alien number, check to make sure the old Alien number was included appropriately otherwise contact the USCIS to verify asap. Good luck.

Thanks atuegwu.. hoping for no rfe in the future for us all 🙂

Oh I know what you mean. That was more directed towards Becci, who seems to be very passionate about the process and always expects the worst lol. No hard feelings at all, but we all know what we signed up for. :)

For sure. I think we're all excited to actually start our own lives here in the US.

I know that I have to work on not being so impatient all the time. :D:D

Do i have to send last 6 months of pay stub? Because that's a lot of scanning for him. I asked for a employment letter also. One is enough you think?

I sent translation of my birth certificate (which they accepted it), but apparently they lost my birth certificate. Because i am %100 sure that i sent it. I have 2 more copies of my birth certificate, i am gonna send it again with an explanation.

This is really never ending process. So much exhausted!!!! Dont know how can i fix it.

It says i have to submit it within 87days. Just wondering what happens if it is delayed. Will it be denied?

Hey guys. I need your advice.

I just received my NOA hardcopy in mail yesterday. Upon checking, I noticed that the USCIS Alien # in the mail is different from my Alien # that i provided. Anyone experienced the same? Is it normal that they changed it?

I think you should send as much evidence as you can. I would do both the pay stubs and the employment letter.

As for the last part, when they write that the sponsor's income does not meet the requirements, it is basically a "default" setting on the RFE. It seems (from reading the December 16 Filers forum) that as soon as you get an RFE for I864, this will appear on it, even though the sponsor makes more than enough money. So I would't worry about that too much.

Yes, same timeline as you, our paper NOAs have a different A-number than the one we put for my husband. I'm calling USCIS today to ask why and I'll let you know. Maybe because his old EAD was a non immigrant document?

I haven't had the same A# all the time I was working in the US, but I still got the EADs I was supposed to get based on whichever visa I was on.

I called the USCIS to confirm and the representative said it should be the same A# (I'm adjusting from k1 visa btw). He said i should receive the corrected NOA in mail. But if i received my biometrics appointment prior to that corrected letter, I should still attend it. So i guess no worries indeed. They'll just have it corrected :)

I have the same issue and according to my own research online and after consulting with my lawyer, this shouldn't be a big issue as a lot of people have more than 1 A number.Could you please give me the uscis number so that I can call them and ask about it.
