Hi Everyone ! Mailed our AOS last March 21st. Check was cask last March 31st. Still no txt or email receive.

Congratulations on that but I believe as your check was cashed on Friday 31st, you shall get notifications today or before the week runs out only if you included the e-notification for in your package. Good luck.

Hi Atuegwu

What more do you know about this i-130A form

Yea you are right

.If you are using the 02/27/17 edition of Form I-130 to file for your spouse, you must also submit a Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary. If you are using the 12/23/16 edition of Form I-130 to file for your spouse, you must also submit two Form G-325A, Biographic Information: one for you and one for your spouse.  Do not submit Form G-325.Please read our Lockbox Filing Tips...

This is what I got from Uscis.Gov

I used the new one and summitted 2xg-325 lol

Like you rightly read, if you used the old i130, you do not need the i130A and perhaps, it is permitted and will only stop being accepted from 04/28/2017, I do not see any problem or panic in that. Though our fingers crossed because USCIS have the final say, we only hope and speculate. Good luck buddy.

I have the documents ready to send out. I'm just waiting for the letter because I don't want that my application process will be stopped for too long.

I haven't gotten a notification yet saying that USCIS sent out an RFE to me.

Okay, I will urge you to hang in there, wait for them to send you the mail before sending out your documents. Good luck and all the best.

Well, I sent the documents last Thursday to avoid an RFE. I guess I spent $6,65 on nothing because I have to send all the documents again. I'm so stupid 🙈🙈🙈

Hi.  I've been stressing about my AOS, Ead, AP status.

All of the forms arrived in Chicago on 3/13. I have not received any notification and my check has not been cashed. I didn't expect to have to wait this long for the NOA, its been 3 weeks!  I called USCIS on friday, and one of the agents had me put on a list for another agent to call me back later and help with the case, sadly i wasn't available and didn't talk with them when they called.  So i called back later in the day, talked with a different agent, and they said i would have to call back after 30 days of it being received at the Chicago lockbox.  I'm thinking of calling back tomorrow and trying to talk with an agent that will look into my case.

so 3 weeks officially today, anybody else with a similar wait time?
