So do you know guys if i will still get a biometric appointment with the RFE ? or they will wait until my reply then send the Appointment letter?

I got my Biometric appointment letter in the mail last week. And I am pretty sure that I will get an RFE anytime soon.

But in your case I think they wait until you replied to the RFE and then they will send you the BAL.

I have a question regarding the Biometrics appointment: I have to use my passport as my ID but it's the one with my maiden name. I applied for AOS with my new last name. Am I good if I take my marriage certificate with me?

I don't have a Georgia driver's license yet...

My driver license has my maiden name too, but my biometrics notice has my married name. I just brought a marriage license and it was fine - after explaining to the receptionist that I am not my husband...

So I realised I don't need 1-130A, so thats good. But I did forget to send his birthcertificate in. So we will get a RFIE for that.

Did you send another proof of his citizenship, like a copy of every page on his passport? That should work as a substitute.

I'll take my marriage certificate with me and I hope that I will be fine. 😅 I don't want to cause trouble or confusion.

They did cash our check 3 weeks after I submitted my application.

Some people's check get cashed a week, other's checks get cashed after a couple of weeks.

Hi Soft, it was the new supplemental form for I-130 which is the I-130A. My lawyer was not aware of it when USCIS began implementing it last week of February. My i-130/AOS packet was sent first week of March.
I really hope that this is the last RFE we get.

Omg! Really?? We also sent old I-130. Oooooooh. And I tried to see what is that new form but I couldn't find on google anything about that. Still waiting our mailed RFIE list. Hope that would be all that they want from us. Thank you so much for the information.

The old I-130 form is still valid until the 28th of this month. All the filing information are on the same page where you download the form
