I feel you since I sent my form right before they changed the version and was lucky there. The reason they could ask for paystub is to verify if your husband is still employed or not. Again do not quote me as every case is different and I sincerely hope they process your application without any RFE , as a few of them on this forum had sent the wrong edition of the I-130 but still were lucky enough to not get a RFE.

I sent the right version, but just not the right supplemental form. That would be better if I recevie the RFE instead of having my whole package sent back to me. And guess what, I forgot the 2 photos for the EAD, too. I'm totally screwed :(. It's been 16th day, and I haven't heard anything from them yet. Do you think I should expect my package to be sent back since I have too many mistakes?

My heart sunk when I read this. I just sent my docs on 3/29 and it arrived today 3/31 and I also missed this! I had extra passport photographs, but didn't realize I needed them for EAD and AP so they're sitting on my desk at home. Also now that I'm re-reading all the instructions, it appears I also didn't include the fee for EAD. I thought like AP it would be included with the fee for I-485. This is exhausting .

Re-read the instructions about the filing fee, and it does say you can file I-765 and I-131 without fee if you file I-485 and pay the fee for that. That's a relief. But I'll probably still get RFIE for missing passport photos for the EAD and AP :(

Finally after 22 days of waiting, we received all the 3 notices in the mail today!  We give God all the glory!  We never got email notifications.  For those still waiting for their notices, my prayers are with you and all the best.  Now waiting for the biometrics appointment letter.

Same here, Denis. I know I shouldn't, but seeing people getting their texts/messages makes me feel more and more frustrated. I've been trying not to compare my case with others' in order to feel more relax; however, one side of me's still worried that I made a mistake on the form and they're gonna send it back. Anyway, I hope both of us will receive something soon.

Wow! A very big congratulations to you @Ambasa73. So happy for you. Good luck in coming updates.

@Pinkielicious it could be sure very frustrating that you still haven't heard or got any update. It is so human and natural to compare cases but please be strong and positive. I pray you get notified in positive updates soonest. Good luck.

Yeah..I just saw two people that filed their AOS after I did, and they just got their NOA1.  So frustrating.

Our lawyer finally received the RFIE today printed on a yellow paper.

USCIS is asking for the supplemental form I-130A. Apparently, it's a new form that was added to I-130 on the last week of February, my packet was originally mailed on 1st week of March.

Thank God that we are ready to move on from this RFIE already.

Goodluck to all of us!

I love the spirit, stay strong and positive. Also be happy it came this fast and not after waiting after months. Good luck.

I think it's because our spouses are from Vietnam and/or we live in CA and it's taking longer.  That's the only thing I can think of that we have in common and why it's taking so long.  Hehehe.

I think it should not be that and I do not think USCIS is not tribalistic in handling cases. Be strong and positive. Good luck.

Hi everyone.  Just an update. Biometrics letter received today for 4/14/17.

Congratulations and good luck.

I didn't receive any emails or texts, even though I too filled out the 1145 form. My husband got all emails and texts. I don't think USCIS cares that much about this aspect of our application.

If you create an account on USCIS.gov, you can get notifications for the various case numbers you received. Just keep in mind it sometimes takes a couple weeks before you can start tracking.

Only one email and phone number is needed for updates, if your husband got them, that is fine. Congratulations so far and good luck.

Lawyer emailed me regarding my ASC appointment. It'll be on 04/10 at El Monte. Anybody know if it's okay to go to the center 2 hours prior to the appointment time?

Congratulations and good luck. It is your choice to arrive earlier at the ASC (#my opinion though)

Quick update on our end - NOA1 hard copies came in the mail today, all 6 of them. Now to wait for Biometrics letters.

Congratulations and sure that will come in less than two weeks from now. Good luck.

EAD fee is included in the I-485 The Check should've been $1,225 (there's an additional fee for the I-130 if you filed that too).

All the lists for AOS always have the two pictures for each application, it's hard to miss. Sorry that happened. They sometimes (on rare occasions but I've read it before) don't send an RFE for it though.

I know it is extremely frustrating and trust me all of us feel your pain ,but you cant do much either. Let them send you back what you are missing and if you can also review documents on your own time, that you think you might be missing ,then you can mail them back all your application as soon as you receive it.

You won't be out status since you have already applied for AOS via marriage to a US Citizen .

I have a question regarding the Biometrics appointment: I have to use my passport as my ID but it's the one with my maiden name. I applied for AOS with my new last name. Am I good if I take my marriage certificate with me?

I don't have a Georgia driver's license yet...

well I guess the G-325 is part of the I-485 so yeah.
