08/19/19: packet received by USCIS

08/21/19: received text message with case number ( Texas Service Center)

08/23/19: check got chashed

08/26/19: received extension letter in the mail

11/14/19: Biometrics appointment

04/28/20: case got transferred to my local field office in Atlanta

05/28/20: New Card Is Being Produced

05/29/20: New Card Got Approved

06/02/20: We Mailed Your New Card

06/03/20: The Post Office Picked Up Your New Card

06/04/20: Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office

2017-03-10 - Priority Date for all cases  

2017-03-20 - USCIS cashed the check

2017-03-23 - Received four notices - I-130 / I-485 / I-765 / I-131

2017-03-27 - Received email that they are sending an RFIE notice

2017-03-31 - Lawyer received the RFIE yellow notice 

2017-04-03 - Response to RFIE mailed out today

2017-04-05 - Response to RFIE was delivered to NBC, Lee's Summit, MO

As long as you haven't received anything yet you should be fine. Or if there's no status update.

Otherwise USCIS will let you know.

In my opinion, NO, unless otherwise stated the photocopy will just be fine. good luck though and fingers crossed. USCIS is as unpredictable as the weather...lol

IMO Spending $23 on USPS Express with signature and tracking is worth every penny for cases like this.

Our timeline is the exactly the same in this respect, I sent mine the same date, and they sat in the PO Box until they were picked up by MERCADO at 9:15pm last night..... here to waiting for a e-notifcation

My lawyer only sent copies of all my documents. She said USCIS will be needing the original on the interview.

we applied in February but our cases was rejected because of missing biometric fee (don't let me start about our  lawyer)

anyway we resubmitted our papers and was received on march 14th and got all 4 notices on march 26th.

9/1/2017 : EAD case status changed to new EAD card is being produced

9/6/2017 : AP case status changed to "Case was approved"

Got NOAs from text and emails last week, all four of them (I-765, I-485, I-131, and I-130). Today I have received 3 NOAs in mail, but missing the one for I-765. Hope it is still on its ways and won't get lost. 

03/14/2017 AOS package arrived (I-485, I-765, I-130, I-131)

03/23/2017 1st NOAs received (text and emails for all 4 forms)

03/23/2017 check cashed 

03/27/2017 1st NOAs received in mail

04/22/2017 biometric letter 

05/03/2017 biometric appointment 

05/09/2017 case is ready to be scheduled for interview 

07/03/2017 EAD card is being produced 

07/07/2017 EAD card is mailed to me

04/03/2018 Filed for EAD renewal 

06/15/2018 AOS interview was scheduled
