What does this look likr to you guys? we already got I130 approval.  Online status has not changed. No interview date yet. She was ewi so i expect an interview before approval.

Looks like a RFE, because if it was an interview letter, the box where it has the date should be your Application Number. Obviously I could be wrong too and your interview letter looks different. Also my online status didn't change to "interview scheduled" until days after the interview letter was already sent so you can't go by the online status. The whole tracking online is extremely lacking in accuracy at the moment. It took 4 days for it to show that I was approved too...

We got 1 RFE that we answered within days. I was looking at sample interview letters and I dont think its that either.  Looks like a NOA but I dont see how it can be approval if we never got an interview.  Mail doesnt get here till 3pm PST...worried its a denial!

I just checked your timeline. I'm confused now. It says you are doing an IR1 visa. This thread is for AOS from visas of people that are adjusting within the U.S. (mainly K1 visas). We are going a complete different route so won't be able to help you, I'm sorry!

Sorry, may not be filling my timeline correctly.

We did i130 and i485.  She qualified AOS based on a prior approved i130 under her USC mother.  I am her USC daughter.

It could be another RFE. There's been people with two RFEs because once it got close to the interview being scheduled USCIS noticed another missing document or mistake and sent another RFE notice.

I just put in a service request - I am outside of processing time according to USCIS rep. They were working on 04/01/2017 as of 10/31/2017. Hope to hear something this time. Last time I put in a service request there was no response. The requests I submitted online were never assigned either.

That's awesome! Congrats!! We just all tend to worry too much...look at you thinking it was a denial letter and now it turns out to be an approval without interview :)

Nah as I said, the interview letter has the applicant number above the address. Here it is the date of the document which indicates it's a I-797 Notice of Action (RFE, Approval, Denial letter)

Greeting,

God willing I will have my interview this coming Jan 24, 2018 and I have a question regarding drivers license.

I currently live in the state of Florida but have license from state of New Mexico. I also have my EAD so I can apply for Florida license but will only be given to me for the duration of my EAD validity. On the other hand, my New Mexico license is valid till 2022 so I have been using that all these years.

Do you think I need a Florida license where my interview will be as a form of ID or I can use my EAD as an ID plus my previous state drives license?

Any input is highly appreciated.

I showed my valid passport as my id because my license was expired.
