I sent a photocopy of them into USCIS.

In my opinion this time with your reply to your RFE send the originals both long and short Birth certificate, also send your certified true copy of your marriage license certificate if you only sent a photocopy on your application before.

W sacramento

My sister-in-law used to live there. We're very close to Citrus heights. We're in between old foothill farms and north Highlands. We're hoping to move to Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks or Orangevale..

On 7/6 I got a notification that my card had been mailed. Still haven't received anything and no USPS alerts (I have them set up). I thought it was faster once they mailed it, guess not?
Also, I'm still waiting for our interview appointment, it's been ready to be scheduled since early May and nothing. Anyone in NY still waiting for their interview?

I think we have the same office right? So what do you think about the processing time here? I see your date is mar 21. Mine is 28. Got my ead last month.

My EAD is in production as of July 7th. I don't k I about the AOS. Last time I talked to someone they said it's a busy office and they are processing AOS from October 2016. Sometimes I don't know if I'm believing what I see on the website. Because the EAD was on January of this year, yet March filers are getting theirs. So we'll see. What do you think?

Yeah it shows jan but that was of apr30.  So they are probably working on Dec Aos now. It's going to take about 3 to 4 months. Hoping for the best

Yeah.. the lady I talked to said that you shouldn't look at that date but the day in the right-hand corner. But reading some posts on here I feel like some people who work the phones don't really know what they are talking about or are not well informed.
