I feel a little relief reading your comment. Ours was an RFE on day 90 not RFIE. I really hope it wont go back to day 0

got our NOAs yesterday for EAD & AP for me and my son (from K1 & K2 visa).  Approval date was July 1st and cards are on it's way. 117 days!!!! For all others here, hang in there you will get your updates soon!  God bless!

I got a text at 9:30am from USCIS saying "Your case (I-131 case number) is now updated. Check "My Case Status" at www.uscis.gov. *Msg and Data Rates May Apply"

 

but my husband's combo card arrived a couple of weeks ago. I got my hopes up and thought maybe there was movement for an interview. But on the USCIS website there are no updates for our case numbers. Their alert system is very wonky

I've been getting them too, but when I check the staus is the same. My mom got her EAD a few weeks ago.

I received same text message. I thought there's a new updates since it's been a month after I received my card but to my surprise when I checked the website nothing's new. Guess they're sending text updates late. Oh well

Exactly 74 days after USCIS received our response to a Request for Initial Evidence (the birth certificate).
It's been 110 days since the initial filing was received back on March 20.

 

Still waiting on Advance Parole and an Interview Date... from what I am told they restart the clock off the response to the RFIE date.

 

 

 

Congratulations... I think your Advance Parole will also be on the card that you receive, coz that's the norm nowadays and they never seem to update i-131 on the case status checker(according to people on this forum)... you will know for sure when u get the approval notices in the mail which is usually a couple of days before you receive the actual EAD/AP combo card... just the interview to wait for after that... good luck with it all...

I got two texts yesterday and one today, but there is no update on the website, and they're for EAD/AP, which was already issued. Their system is acting up

USCIS received my AOS and EAD on March 31st and still no luck with receiving my EAD.

I had my biometrics on May 11th and was hoping to have received it by now. Anyone in the same boat?

 so frustrating. I also sent in a service request and was told everything was in normal processing times but it's been awhile.

The reason I am impatient is because I have a job offer and really believed my EAD would be here by now. *sighhhh*

AOS, Yes, it most likely reset that. EAD/AP, I don't really know. First time we called and provided receipt number lady said that RFIE for AOS reset EAD time. Second time I called because someone else here also mentioned that USCIS officer noted that RFIE would only hold EAD not reset. Last time I called about service request and was told that service request response was "within processing time" because RFIE put EAD on hold so when service request was processed it was still within processing times.

 

Also look at other members here. @emchappie I believe has similar timeline with RFIE and sent RFIE response later on, however, I think card was either mailed or already received. So there is no real fact if RFIE resets or puts EAD/AP on hold.
