me either. I put an SR on June 16th. got response on June 19 saying its under review and I should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly. But I got nothing since then. So I just put in another SR online a few minutes ago, it let me, didn't say anything of "need to wait 30 days" ...

I read the thread from time to time to check if you already received your EAD or any movement to your case and I'm sorry that there aren't any yet.  
I also wish I know how the service request works so I can offer an advice.
However, I can always send positive vibes to you!!

On June 30th, 2017 My EAD card is being produced. Exactly 93 days from priority date. Good luck to all.

ok, i will try calling this time. I want to talk with a person to explain my sitation maybe they will put some kind of note, maybe it will help.

thank you, i need it. i am actually april filer for uscis. because they said i need to count from april 19 ( the day that they got my RFIE)

That's why I put the online request in because there you can add a note. I have the feeling the people on the phone don't do that (but obviously if you can't make another online service request there's no way around it). 

On my last service request they answered "Your Form I-765 will be processed within 90 days of the receipt of the requested evidence." which didn't happen. So I put that in the additional info box that they had replied this the last time.

Day 91 since RFIE 

Day 124 since I-765 Receipt Date 

My employer is (luckily) still willing to wait for me to get the EAD (for everyone who's going to reply that I can expedite based on job offer... was denied bc I have no co-sponsor). 

I feel like next week should be my lucky week though 🍀 😌

Hi, I'm not sure what a co-sponsor means in this situation; however, I was wondering if you tried contacting your local congressman's office to assist you with your case. They offer assistance with immigration cases. They will contact USCIS for you - that might help!

Yes I did that on Monday through the online form of my local congressman Scott Peters in San Diego. Haven't heard anything so far. 

With co-sponsor I meant joint sponsor (I think you call it like that if your spouse doesn't make enough money so you need another person sponsoring you, doing the Affidavit of Support).

 It is surprising how the government works here. You are from Turkey, US friendly country, at least up until Erdogan's government, plus you are female.They should process you ASAP,

Sad, isn't it? And smart move on your side to wait for the card. I did not even apply for AP as I knew it would not be useful to us. My gut feeling is that this guy will try to halt family based adjustment as well. We will see if it will come to pass.

So we just got a letter stating that due to our RFE our case is still within the processing of 90 day even though we thought we were at day 106 we are actually on day 38. this was for an RFE not an RFIE. so it looks like both can potentially delay it!!! So Monday we are putting in for severe financial loss as my hours at work are decreasing during the summer months, as well as I have medical bills! 

 

I know several people here put in an expedited request how did the process go for you guys? So I can be ready when we call.

Oh I see! Just so you know, I have contacted my local congressman too and they advised to give between 7 to 10 business days window of response. Hopefully we hear from them soon!

Yeah I actually had a government number from San Diego call me on Wednesday. I missed the call and called the number back and the guy on the line was a little confused and said that he doesn't know who might've called me from their office. I never got a call back after that but I'm afraid that this might've been about my inquiry. Oh well... we'll see I guess. Fingers crossed we both hear from them soon.

I'm on our honeymoon and just checked the app expecting to still see the same messages and... my new card is being produced! Package was received on 3/29 and card produced on 6/30 which puts it at 91 days. 

 

How long does it take for the card to be mailed/received? I'm flying back into the US on tuesday night!
