Also: I've read before that an address change delays your AOS process if your interview was already in line to be scheduled. Have you had that notice already (interview is ready to be scheduled)? Because if that was the case your documents had likely been already sent to your local field office and now would have to be transferred to the new one. Now if the new one would have faster processing times your application would of course processed faster than at the old field office.

You know you can also just make the service request online?! Saves you some time sitting on the phone😉 They'll likely just give you the answer that it's still within normal processing times though but I guess it can never hurt to try...

Yes. I know what you are talking about though. It now gives you the option for I-765 but when I tried to put the SR over a month ago it wasn't available. Try it now :)

it has not been 30 days since i did my first service request. I really didn't wait on phone not even 30 secs. I told lady that i put service request online 17 days ago. She said call us 3 days later and we will put a service request on the phone. I can't do online because i need to wait 30 days from the day that i put service request.

where does it say that it has to be 30 days since the last online request? It won't let you make a new one? I could imagine that the rule is that you have to wait 30 days in general since the last service request though...
