Yup same here. There's been so many ppl who filed after me and submitted their RFE documents way later than I did and all have had their EADs approved... it's just so odd... but there's a person in the December AOS forum who is on Day 189 now so I guess we can still call ourselves lucky we are only in the low 100s 😉

Yeah after the IO on the phone told me today that I should expect 3-5 months after my RFIE submitted documents date I am not too optimistic either. 🙄 Oh well...

Me too .. They told me to count 90 Days from the day they recieved my response , so today i am on day 52

08/16/19: sent I-751 packet to USCIS Lockbox in Dallas

08/19/19: packet received by USCIS

08/21/19: received text message with case number ( Texas Service Center)

08/23/19: check got chashed

08/26/19: received extension letter in the mail

11/14/19: Biometrics appointment

04/28/20: case got transferred to my local field office in Atlanta

05/28/20: New Card Is Being Produced

05/29/20: New Card Got Approved

06/02/20: We Mailed Your New Card

06/03/20: The Post Office Picked Up Your New Card

06/04/20: Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office

Haha mine was received two days after the notice showed and was accepted (I've sent the documents to them before I even got the RFIE because I knew what I forgot to submit) and it hasn't delayed for two days... more like 2 weeks now.  I have a job offer and told them that I'll have my EAD card in hand within the next two weeks  since that is when the 90 days from my RFIE are also over soooo fingers crossed 😊

But they said to send the yellow letter with your response.. Good they accepted it.. Good luck.. Hopefully you will get it before the 90 Days

When I received the RFIE papers there wasn't even a yellow envelope (I think there was supposed to be a yellow envelope not letter). 

I was actually told by someone on the USCIS hotline to just send the papers as soon as I get my NOA1 to avoid the RFIE. It still happened because the documents 'missed' each other by two days but I only lost two days because of that.

it is actually yellow letter that we got :D but i am glad everything is fine for you. 

 

i hope i will get some updates next week too. i need it. please uscis. do me a favor :(    (F)

03/27/17: USPS confirmation of pickup from PO box

04/04/17: Checks cashed

04/05/17: NOA e-notifcation of I-130 (but no notifications of any other application)

04/07/17: Phone call to USCIS to confirm NOA are in the mail for all, I-130, I-485, I-131, & I-765

04/11/17: Received hardcopies of all 4 NOAs in the mail

04/29/17: Received biometrics appointment letter

05/12/17: Biometrics appointment

05/09/2017:Case updated to "Request for Initial Evidence mailed"

05/12/2017: Received RFIE 

05/24/2017: Sent RFIE evidence to USCIS

05/25/2017: Case updated to "Response to USCIS' request for evidence received"
