I called last week the lady I spoke with told me till after 90 days that the rfie doesn't affect my ead coz they are different cases entirely , I'm 92 days today I called the another lady told me I can't till after 75 days of receiving my rfie

If you applied for AP, then you should get a combo card. I got a combo card about a month ago even though my AP status online is still showing "case was received" today

Lady told me the same thing. But there is a lot of people who got RFIE and RFE, still got their EAD before 90 days

If they sent 3 RFE and you failed all of it, they might deny. That's what i read in forums. But don't be scared, try to give them as much as evidence they need. Give them more than they asked.

i tried to put a service request online BEFORE. but there was no i-765 option.

That's odd. I selected I765 form and then in form subtype selected i765 based on pending I485.

Mar 24 they received rfe

May 2 requested SR 

June 2 follow up (30 days)

June 12 New card is being produced! 🙌🏻☺️ 

Almost 4 months of wait 

 

Hallelujah! To all those who are waiting for their EAD's/AP's just hang in there your day will come. Ive waited 123 days with RFE Im sure you'll get yours too. I've been checking my status everyday every min every second until I got tired and got no interest at all til today comes. 🙌🏻 Just be patient! IT WILL COME when you least expect it. 🙏🏻 God bless everyone!

yeah but they eliminate the 90 day rule. That's so bad. immigrants suffering because of that  at least i am suffering every day

Hey guys! First post, but good news  

 

We filed (well they received our packages) 3/21. EAD was mailed yesterday and we are just waiting for our interview to be scheduled for the 485!

I received today NOA2 from uscis approving EAD and AP at the same time in differents envelopes after 5 days since I called them to expedite my EAD.

It seems to me that if they expedite your EAD, they include your AP as well.

did you both get this message as an updated case status online, or by email? 

I put in a service request on the phone yesterday and haven't had a message yet.

I got it as email confirmation with request ID. Also if I go to my wife's EAD case number, on the right where "Next Steps" it says folowing

Background: on Thursday I faxed them my offer letter and the printout of the e-mailed notice, with a brief cover letter containing the case info numbers, the selected expedite criteria, and listing the single item of evidence. How long did USCIS take to let you know that your request was granted? And how did they let you know/What should I be looking for after faxing the documents?
