I finally able to contact NCSC and they already put in a service request to check my case and provide any updates since it's already beyond 90 days. :( I am so sad that they did not have any update for me I was very patient to wait for the 90 days and it's already 91 days today... This is depressing coz I badly need a job right now.. I am praying for everyone here and pls include me in your prayers and send some good vibes my way... God bless to all

Hi IMPC, I'm glad you were finally able to contact USCIS. Please stay strong! I think it will be up to 100+ days for many of us as processing times seem to be sliding up as of late. It's only a matter of time and I know everyone will be successful in the end.

As of right now it looks like it's going to take 100+ days for some of us. It took USCIS 107 days to update my case status. But that's still in the time frame.

Hello guys! I hope y'all are doing great!

I have a new update I got this letter on the mail today "I-797 Notice of action" where they approved the AP and the Work authorization card.

Also they mentioned that I am getting a  "Combo card" which will have an endorsement of the AP on the bottom. USCIS page did not update the AP receipt online.

I wish you all good luck, keep the good vibes and hopes :)

How do people know if they get a combo card?

USCIS only updated my status for my EAD but not for my AP.

I love great British bake off, its like an annual event for us brits anytime a new season starts at home, EVERYONE watches it, and then its all anyone will talk about the next day. I'm definitely excited to try the chocolate avocado cake, but I'm concerned as to how the avocado will affect the taste and texture. I mean it's meant to replace the butter and oil in cake, so thus less calories, but if it doesnt have the same flavor as butter will it over power the chocolate? I guess i'll find out when I make it. But I'll defo let you know, and post the recipe i used along with photos and taste review if anyone else is a chocolate lover like me and wants to use all this spare time we have to make it too.

Thats cool that you volunteer with the fire service. I just volunteer at an animal shelter, but I love it cos it means I get to hang out with dogs all day, and help them find their new forever homes.

Thanks for the driving practice website, I'm definitely going to be using that. I have a friend who has already gone through this entire process, and said that the transition from driving in the UK to US is super easy in terms of the written, we just have to get used to more cars, and driving on the other side of the road.

Best of luck to you too,

I imagined that! I love it too! I think it will kinda change a little bit the consistency and texture as well! Let's us know ;)

That is a kind labor of you! We might will want to adopt a dog in the future :)

No trouble, I hope it helps you ! Yes, British cars are very cool but it will take me a while to get use to haha Good luck and I know you will get it ! I wish I could say the same from Finland hahaha

I got a RFE in my case never changed until April 9th to "Interview is ready to be scheduled, we will let you know..."

Probably will change to be ready to be scheduled, if you sent everything that they asked for, and the probabilities of get another RFE about the same application is less but you never know, you know USCIS!

Good luck!

Yeah some people on the line say it resetted my processing time, others say since it was for my I-485 and not my I-765 so it didn't affect it. Obviously it did according to the person who handled my service request. They randomly decide that it affects some ppl with RFIE and others it doesn't. I'm so stunned how many ppl replied to their RFIE weeks after me and they all get their EAD weeks before me.

Well, I guess I keep on enjoying my free time 🙄 Good luck on your journey 😊

In my case was a RFE about the Birth certificate translation of the I-485, I didn't affect but I guess I was just lucky.

Good luck and keep in touch!

USCIS only updated my status for my EAD but not for my AP.

On my I-797 (Third line)  They mentioned "The EAD card will have an I-512 endorsement on it, which indicates that you have been approved for advance parole" so I think it will be a combo card.

Mine didn't change either (online) I've read a few cases that they never updated their AP cases online.

Have you gotten that letter or in you EAD card, I think in the bottom says!

Good luck! :)
