Does it affect my AOS if we did not included form I-130? I see that most people here have it.

if you come here with k1 visa, you don't need to include i-130. At least that's what i know.

If someone came with a k1 AND hot married within the 90 days they won't need to file the i130. That will only be needed if they married after the 90 day period

Yeah our dates are fairly similar ,but i see people after us got their EAD approved so that's the reason I'm worried.
