Yes

Okay, I'm confused again.

Which date on NOA1 is the one to count 75 days from? The received date or the notice date??? Some people tell me it's the notice date and other say it's the received date.

It's the received date. That is the first day USCIS officially acknowledges the existence of your paperwork.

Based on that, I can start calling on May 29 or thereafter.

Great. I can give USCIS a call tomorrow.

And that doesn't matter if they won't start processing your case until a month or two go by?

If you got a RFIE then they might pull the reset to day 0 on you, but you can certainly try.

But I'm not sure why you'd call them tomorrow. If your timeline displays the correct dates, you're just at day 56 and you need to be at day 75 to file a service request.

Haven't gotten an RFE/RFIE yet.

Why am I on day 56? I started counting from 02/23. That's the received date.

I am SO confused now :D

What does it say online when you go online on the USCIS website and it says "On MONTH DAY, we've received your case I-???..."? That's the date that matters.
