ROC Timeline

08/16/19: sent I-751 packet to USCIS Lockbox in Dallas

08/19/19: packet received by USCIS

08/21/19: received text message with case number ( Texas Service Center)

08/23/19: check got chashed

08/26/19: received extension letter in the mail

11/14/19: Biometrics appointment

04/28/20: case got transferred to my local field office in Atlanta

05/28/20: New Card Is Being Produced

05/29/20: New Card Got Approved

06/02/20: We Mailed Your New Card

06/03/20: The Post Office Picked Up Your New Card

06/04/20: Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office

so I called USCIS again this morning, about my situation (done biometric on 05/03 but later received a reschedule biometric appointment letter issued on the same day) 

tier 2 representative was not much of help, she said she doesn't have access of my bio information, and advised me either take all the letters to the ASC see if I need to do my fingerprint again, or write a letter to explain why I don't think I need to go to the second appointment. I will just do a walk-in to the ASC tomorrow, see if they need to do my fingerprint again......

03/14/2017 AOS package arrived (I-485, I-765, I-130, I-131)

03/23/2017 1st NOAs received (text and emails for all 4 forms)

03/23/2017 check cashed 

03/27/2017 1st NOAs received in mail

04/22/2017 biometric letter 

05/03/2017 biometric appointment 

05/09/2017 case is ready to be scheduled for interview 

07/03/2017 EAD card is being produced 

07/07/2017 EAD card is mailed to me

04/03/2018 Filed for EAD renewal 

06/15/2018 AOS interview was scheduled 

06/21/2018 received interview letter 

07/23/2018 interview

07/24/2018 case approved 

07/28/2018 card in hand

Just an update on my case. I received both NOA2's for the EAD and AP today even though I didn't request the AP to be expedited as well. But I guess it's nice knowing that I'm getting the combo card soon, hopefully sometime this week. 

 

AP is still showing as case received online and the EAD is still showing in production.

@kimy33 so far so good, just try and visit the ASC it won't hurt because sometimes the USCIS personnel may not give you the needed response when you call. Good luck

Took you a week from approval to card in hand, not bad. Did the status' of the 2 cases go to approved before document mailed? On the 4th the EAD changed to card in production and a few minutes ago both the EAD and AP changed to approved. I really want to get my own bank account, drivers license and change the name on my SSN but I need the card for that.

The status for AP hasn't change at all. Even now it shows case was received.

Hi everyone,

 

I spoke to tier 2 today regarding my online status for i-765 since it kept saying invalid. She told me about the 90 days period, which I knew already but she also told me that they already scheduled my interview!

 

My lawyer sent me an email of the notice (notice date of may 4) and the interview is scheduled for June 8th at Los Angeles field office.

 

I'm so excited and scared at the same time. I know some people have been waiting way longer than I am and I feel so bad that they've been waiting for months and here I am being scheduled already.

 

I hope the process for other people's cases goes as smooth and quickly as mine.

Are you adjusting from k1 or from some other visa.

Anyone of the March filers who's EAD/AP status already changed? Just curious. I know that it sometimes happens.
