I took my wife to the biometrics appointment yesterday at 9 AM in Santa Rosa, CA. We did not bring the marriage certificate. The guy who signed us in at the door acted as though we should have brought it because the name on her passport is her maiden name. Once we went in for the photo and fingerprints, the lady never asked for my ID card or proof of marriage. The whole thing took about 30 minutes.

That's the protocol...you are changing names, you have to carry original marriage certificate...at least that's how it is in Missou

@wef congratulations but please that was a costly mistake and could cost you a lot of unhappy moments and time, try not to be in a haste to contact or go see USCIS for anything without your prior correspondences, I feel it will make things smoother #justmyhumbleopinion...cheers!!

The officer didn't want to see my marriage certificate when I had my Biometrics appointment but I took it with me just in case.

Hello, did you include your completed medical form with your AOS application?  If not, that could be the reason why you are getting the notice.  Medical reports, to the best of my knowledge, are valid for a year from the time they were taken, so you need not take other vaccinations.  Anyone out there with additional info?

@atuegwu Do you have any idea ?

I i did not submit form i693 , because they took the medical examination stuff at the POE when i came here 4 month ago,, i did the medical  last November

No un fortunatly i do not have a copy

I didn't include a copy of my vaccination records in my package too, nor have a copy of it. i really hope they have and won't ask me for it. Maybe you can contact the physician that record everything and ask him to send you a copy?

After  75 days( start counting the days from your NOA1 notice date) you can call USCIS and submit a service request about your case. For example, if your status for EAD and AP hasn't changed since the first time you were able to check your status.
