I think you can expect the timeline to be the same. I figure your visa is B or T but that is irrelevant.

I've not found enough evidence to suggest that the adjusting from visa has a bearing on family based AOS duration. One of the first AOS approvals from active posters in the March forum was adjusting from F-1. I've also noted plenty on trackitt.com also.

To be clear, the basis is family for AOS based on USC partner regardless of what visa, if any, you are adjusting from.

You'd expect that AOS from K-1 would be faster since some things in the AOS have already been completed but that just does not seem to be the case.

Thanks for the reply! I ended up making an InfoPass appt because there was one available for a couple of days later, and it turns out my interview has been scheduled!! :D:D  I also got a letter in the mail in response to my SR ---so basically, my case had surpassed 100 days so I did a SR online, they responded with a letter dated 7 August (which I just received today) saying my case is currently under review, and they schedule my case the following day, 8 August. My InfoPass appt was on Friday (the 9th) so he was able to see that they had scheduled the case, and I guess I'll receive that in the mail any day. Haha hope that all made sense. Who knows if the SR did something, or if that's just a coincidence, but I'm happy!!! :D I still wish I had an EAD coz I'm dying to get a job and not have my husband pay for everyyyything haha, but I'm not complaining - so stoked that the end is near!!! :D:D

Ten days since our interview, which happened to be the day after Trump proposed  new immigration rules.

We were told our casse was being reviewed. Nothing from USCIS since then. Their computer still reads "Interview scheduled".

This is the 142nd day since filing for AOS.

I'm on day 142 too and haven't had an interview.

And President Trump has nothing to do with it. He proposed new immigration rules that aren't in effect. This doesn't effect your case at all. As long as they don't say these new rules go in effect on this date and it will effect these people, don't worry so much about it. This whole process is stressful enough no need to ad more stress to it. Just relax. If nothing happens soon call them.

Stay positive.

We have EAD/AP card, but still waiting on an interview for AOS.  "Ready for interview to be scheduled" for 98 days.  Can't wait to hit that 100 day mark, woohoooo!

Oh well.  Patience.

Same here but at 97 days. I made an infopass appointment but not sure if I should go. I guess we just need to wait.

Day 160 - notice of interview scheduled received by mail! My wife and I are pretty emotional about it!

A surprise since no online updates were received for the I-485 to indicate it was at the local office, was ready for scheduling nor scheduled :-)

I hope that is good news for those waiting without online updates - things could be much further along than you expect!

Thoughts are with those feeling uneasy about their applications!

Nah, I was on an L. While I was on a work Visa and could have adjusted status based on that we chose to adjust status on a family basis.

Yes my friend ,there is nothing positive to share or talk about regarding our cases. I see your signature and like your optimism about predicting the interview :) We seem to be in for a long wait and cannot wrap my head around how slow our office is compared to LA which serves a larger pool of people than the bay area. Except the two of us I cannot find anyone else from the bay area in march. I'll keep you in my prayers too and hopefully our luck changes for the better.

I'm with you guys. Have the same wait time as you although I'm from SoCal. I live 1,5 hours away from L.A. and can't comprehend how this makes such a huge difference in how the applications are being processed.  I wonder whether there is someone else here from San Diego in the March Filer forum.... 🤔

I'm from LA and I've been waiting since April for my interview to get scheduled 125 days and still no news ... I don't know how people who filed later than I did, already have their GC in hand and got their interview within 1-2 months...

A lot of unknown factors but I don't doubt time of year for submission matters.

Early March filer here, interview was scheduled at day 160 for day 191.

It might be a waste of time comparing your case with others. February filers waiting, April filers scheduled or in hand. Got to let it go. The best indication you have is geographical region of filing.

Uscis deal with a huge number of applications. On average the processing time is just over 6 mo, ish as at 1/2017

At 125 days I'd recommend sitting tight. Though plenty of anecdotal evidence would suggest you could have your interview just after day 50 it seems also rather unlikely.
