Hoping for good news tomorrow for the rest of us!!

I think next week is gonna be a hot week for those of us still waiting to hear about EAD status!!!

sending positive vibes to everyone!!!

I hope you are right for everyone's sake.

Using the USCIS performance figures and extrapolating is a little dicey as we are assuming that they have not been falling behind as of April 30. Still, can't be too far away for most.

My mom's status just changed to card being produced! Package accepted March 28 and bio appt was 4/28.

Whats next? Can she get her ss and state id?  Now we wait for interview?

Yes, you can do both with your EAD, once you get the card, get your passport, NO1, and EAD and go to the DMV/SS center

Now you/her should just kick back and relax, and wait for the interview notice.

I have just received two I-797 approval notices, for the I-131 and I-765 (6-16)

On the USCIS web site, my expediting request (which was made for the I-765 only) is now "complete". The status of the case itself has not changed from "your card was mailed".

The I-131 case has not changed. It still says "received", same as it has since March 22, in spite of the I-797 I'm now holding.

Per the USPS site, the EAD will be delivered tomorrow (Saturday).

17.03.18 - Mailed I-485/130/131/765, AOS (marriage to USC)

17.03.22 - Delivered to Chicago

17.03.29 - NOA1 All cases (received mail 04.06)

17.04.14 - Received Biometrics appt. for 4/28

17.04.28 - Attended Biometrics appt.

17.06.06 - Requested expediting of EAD, evidence sent 06.08

17.06.12 - I-765 approved, New EAD ordered

17.06.14 - EAD mailed, expected 17.06.17

17.06.16 - NOA2 I-131/765

Is it normal to not receiving emails from USCIS stating that they have mailed the card to me? My current status says "card was mailed to me" what is supposed to be the next status afer that? Havent received the card though.

Was mailed to me yesterday after 3 days since the update. You will have it. Congratulations

Hi y'all

I put together a small guide that may help you get this set up...

If you still don't see anything after setting up, I can see how there could be problems if USCIS has a slightly different address on file (or completely different, or they're sending it to your attorney or rep).

Don't forget that there is some delay after the card is produced and USCIS shows it as mailed, before it appears in the USPS system.

If the addresses seem to be matched up, AND your myUSCIS shows that the card was mailed, AND nothing is showing in My USPS, there could be something wrong that needs to be fixed!

it doesn't work for me either cause i live in an old-### apartment, so the verification questions are probably about a mish-mash of previous tenants.

i took the slip they let you print out to a physical post office and they verified my identity/enabled MyUSPS for me.

have you tried that?

New Card Is Being Produced

On June 16, 2017, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC17XXXXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

After 81 days, I finally got an update just when I promised myself to not think about it anymore.

  • For those who are waiting for EAD in order to get your Drivers License, please note that not all DMV employees know that you are eligible to get a drivers license with an EAD and a SSN.  I had a rough time this afternoon trying to explain myself.  I stood my ground and had printed out relevant info from the Department of Revenue, MO. Suffice is to say I can finally drive and should have my card license in the next two weeks.
