Weird I just got a text that my AOS had a case update. But went to check status and it was still the same! :(

 

well i I need to call today anyways!

When did your case status change online to "Card Mailed" from "New Card being Produced"

Yeah I thought that too at first. But I looked back on previous texts and i had already got a text for the we received you RFE and have resumed you case... I'm trying to check online again but the site seems to be having issues. Fingers crossed that there is an update! that would be fantastic!!!

Yup. Two days after I got the card production notification via email, I got the "card being mailed" notification and a letter saying my card is on the way, and then I got the card two days later.

The SMS came a week after receipt of the physical card, so quite late.

So I received my RFE today in the mail.  Can you guys confirm that this is a RFE (Request for Evidence) and not a RFIE (Request for Initial Evidence)? I think it says need additional information, but I want to confirm with you guys.  

 

Also, based on the letter that I have copied a picture of, should I resend the whole application for I-765 and I-131 for my wife and daughter? (All 4 letters that came in the mail today are for the exact same thing), or do I just need to send in a letter indicating my mailing address and where to send the documents, which is my mailing address and not the Preparer's address?
