I brought mine too just in case. The officer didn't even look at it. He just asked my if the other name was my maiden name and I said yes. He gave me the paperwork back and told me where I had to go next.

But I would still recommend to bring it. Otherwise they might not let your finger prints and your picture taken.

@soulstriker so unfortunate you haven't got any notification yet but just hang in there, be strong and stay positive and hopefully it may be your Easter gift. Good luck

@Becci391 not as I know but from earlier filers' updates and timelines it takes between 30 to 80 days after biometrics before your update changes to new card being produced, approved or mailed. Hang in there, congratulations once again and good luck.

@butterfly09 congratulations  so far. I do not think there is any holidays on Monday. I asked a cousin who works with school board(government) and he said they are working on Monday so please unless USCIS states otherwise, go for your appointment. Good luck.

Warning to anyone responding to an RFIE: USPS confirmed that they can't deliver my response that I sent Tuesday to the Missouri PO Box address in the RFIE letter. It's stuck at the processing center by my house and will get returned to me eventually, but who knows when. My case has been on hold since 4/5/17 so I decided to resend my response.

Thank goodness i took pictures of everything inside and had a high-quality color scan of the original RFIE letter they sent. I put together all the same materials along with a printout of the original letter's scan, and the tracking information for the lost package.

Just spent $24 to do express shipping so I can send it to the other address they list :(
