Question: do some of you who did send the e - notification NOT get any text or emails? I remember that we did send that form for my K1 visa and didn't get anything either.

The Biometrics letter is sent for everyone, rfie or not. It's a requirement for the aos process, so it's mandatory and has no relation to rfie or being a good sign

Today I had my Biometrics appointment at the ASC in Atlanta.

My Biometrics appointment was scheduled for 9 am today. The appointment itself went smooth. I was done in about 10 minutes.

The only thing that I didn't like was that it took my Lyft almost 1,5 hours(because of the bridge collapse on the I-85)  to get from my apartment to the ASC (we arrived at 9.33am and I left the apartment at 8.05am). I thought that I would get in trouble for that because I didn't make it in time for the appointment but I was fine. The officer didn't say anything.

You are allowed to bring your purse and your phone inside but your phone must be turned off.

It was a nice experience. The staff was very friendly.

My biometric will be tomorrow, what should I wear? Can I just wear jeans and polo shirt?

Thank you for sharing your experience with your biometrics appointment. Mine is scheduled for this Friday. Luckily USCIS office in my city is about 10 minutes drive from here. I'll make sure to have my phone turned off!
