i already sent my AOS at Chicago lockbox from New York on March 15. They received my package on  March 16th noon.. but i still haven't heard from them yet..

 

Are you guys has some similar situation?..

Mine was sent on March 9th and received on March 13th.  It's been 16 days and I'm still waiting, so you're not the only one.  We just have to be patient.  I've seen some take around 21 days.

It took 21 days until I received my NOA1s.

Oh yea i think it take time more than usual after March.. my friend case on Valentine she received NOA only 7 days..

I will be patient.. I'm happy to hear we have a same journey

I was worried also they received my package on march 5th I received my NOA's this Monday. Be Patient

Hello everyone,

 

I just want to let you know that I received an email from USCIS on the night of 3/27th informing me that they are sending me an RFE notice in the mail. They did not mention the document they need.

I felt really sad about it but now I am okay. I just have to stop comparing my case to others or else I am going to feel worse. 

I also asked my lawyer and she said she has no idea what they want. She took time preparing the packet before she mailed it but we still got an RFE. 

Anyway, we are still waiting to receive the notice. I'll update as soon as I get it.

ooh am sorry to hear that ,, Did you get your NOA1 ? is it a RFE or RFIE? Don't worry it will be an easy fix hopefully, and it is early too, i saw other people get it after 2-3 month.. Good luck

Do you know if it is a RFE for I-485 or other form?

Nothing to be worried about , they will get back to you soon, encouragement is all we need atm, I also check mails more than twice a day now ,unlike b4 which was once a month

For those of you talking about being able to track your cases online, I can check ours now - it took us about two days.

 

Quick question: on the website, it says the applications were received on March 8, even though we only received the notifications two days ago. Does that mean that Day 1 is the 8th?

Is there chances that you get RFE on the NOA mail? What I mean is it's indicated on the NOA.
