Hi, yes you have to log on and and it would change from "PAID" to N/A.

In my case it was true. You can call the NVC and see if they can give you an invoice number

i can ask the Invoice # from my lawyer but i really don`t want to bother her anymore, my case was extremely difficult and they really did a miracle, now it is only waiting time, so i can wait...

After 15 weeks I received a checklist for not sending in correct marriage certificate.

Anyone in here in processing times with checklists? I know its probably the same as normal but yea. Just curious.

Am so sorry to know that, yes there are those on 10th, 12th weeks who received checklists some for police clearance, and some for the marriage cert,

best wishes.

Congrats for your case, can you tell me where you can check all this n/a? Beside what does it means?

Thank you

You may logon to this link https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

you will need to enter case number, invoice number, choose if you are theapplicant

then, at the petitioner's name and AOS fee you'd see paid if still not case complete, and 2 NA's on the right side, it is said that the PAID at the AOS will change to NA that means the 3rd NA it is said that your case is now complete. :)

But, my tax return. I filed "Married but Separately" and put "NRA" under spouse's SSN. I read and heard mixed response about putting NRA so was tensed about it but now I'm not.

I hope I can say "Approved" for my NVC case soon too :)

Curious, have you included the police certificate in the IV package? I will be filing married jointly and send hubby's ITIN application with our tax return -- it will take 7-8 weeks to get his ITIN, but is worth it for us. Crossing fingers for us all!

Says to send a copy on the NVC website and original to the interview. I guess since the wait time is much longer nowadays they want the updated police report?

I read people's post to recommend to bring an update police certificate, so I did apply an update one and brought it with me to the interview

and they did ask me if I have an update one during my interview!! I gave it to them and they were satisfied!

Great!

Hubby is going to get his this week and I will include that in our IV packet. 11 weeks is bad enough to wait, 22 weeks would be beyond painful.
