Do we have to fill in the additional information lines with "N/A" as well? Did that for all other interpreter sections, etc but wasn't sure about that last page.

Are you talking about "Part 11. Additional Information"?

If so, you don't need to write N/A on that page.

We filed I-864EZ and we didn't write "N/A" in interpreter section and other sections which we were not using. I hope it doesn't create an issue. I know my relative who also didn't write N/A for those sections and didn't receive checklist. So, I'm hoping for the best.

No need to put N/A just dont forget to send the whole thing :)

Good luck @Tanish @JessieABC May we all get our CC's sooner than expected :)

They can only communicate with a federal dept for you every certain number of days ... i think its 90 days I read somewhere. So contacting them every day may just piss them off if they can't do anything further after the first enquiry.

Here is my opinion on that. My congressman has been helping since my first week at NVC. I know him personally so I asked for help right away. TBH, they cannot speed up or slow down your case. If there is a major problem they can help figure it out and untangle the red tape. The most helpful aspect of having a congressman's assistance is this: THEY CAN GET ANSWERS. There is a person at the NVC called a Congressional Liaison. They will answer your congressman's emails usually in the same day and give real honest answers about what is going on in your case and at the NVC. It has been immensely helpful to me (mainly because I am outside the US and calling NVC is a hassle) to have my congressman's office be the liaison between me and the NVC.

Good Morning:

I am preparing the package for the AOS, I filled the Form I-864EZ, (only one applicant and I make more than enough money) for supporting documents I have:

1.- Document cover sheet

2.- 2016, 2015, 2014 Tax Return Transcripts. Good Morning everybody

3.- Pay stubs for both jobs for the last 2 month.

4.- Employer letter from both employers saying my job title, how long I have been with them and annual salary.

Questions:

Am I missing anything?

Do I have to include the document cover sheet the one with the check list?

Do I have to write the applicant name and the case number on the IRS transcripts and the employer’s letter?

I will really appreciate your feedback

Thanks

Supporting documents during the nvc stage are to prove financial capabilities of the petitioner to support you including financial documentation, etc. In addition, supporting documentation here would also include any birth certificates or civil documentation of the petitioner to attest to their relationship to you (e.g., marriage certificate, adoption records, birth certificates if they are family. This would not be the stage where you would be including flight tickets as that would either have been provided as supporting evidence during the I-130 stage or brought to the interview.

If you have included IRS transcripts, you won't need the filed returns. If you want to include both, make sure you're only including the federal taxes.

i had qualms about writing in my name and case number over copies of civil documentation so I bought a bunch of removable Avery labels .

FOR THE AOS PACKAGE I HAVE TO INCLUDE THE PETITIONER (ME)  CIVIL DOCUMENTS?
