The checklist they received was she forgot to include the blank documents,the part of affidavit of support page10-12 it was blank, and they still want to send it back to them even if it's blank..

It means, even if you dont need to fill up, you should send it as well

That was me, ha ha!I printed the pages and did not make a copy of them (as they were unused and I was trying to save ink) and then I put them in my file with the copy and mailed the original without them. I checked the paperwork many times before mailing and did not notice the discrepancy. So now I have been dealing with NVC since October and will be joining next month's NVC Filers thread as well. Learn from my mistake

Are you talking about "Part 11. Additional Information"?

If so, you don't need to write N/A on that page.

We filed I-864EZ and we didn't write "N/A" in interpreter section and other sections which we were not using. I hope it doesn't create an issue. I know my relative who also didn't write N/A for those sections and didn't receive checklist. So, I'm hoping for the best.
