My Second Scan date is January 26th. 

Im not sure. Might be. But hopefully they wont take 11weeks. Because it seems that recently most cases are completed at 10wks+ before the 11weeks. But they did mentioned that they have backlogged.

Oh we told them we spoken to a lady few days ago that our document are currently being review and that we are curious if its completed. He then went to get our document and told us to wait. When he came back he said, "Yayy your case are completed 2mins ago". He then explained the next steps and that we will get our letter next week.

Thank you.  Good luck to you also.  I called NVC and it was scanned in today.   Took them only one business day for that.  If only the entire process could move that quickly.

Yeah I believe the scan date will be reset. I have to wait until Monday as the swedish agenecy that issues the document is already closed. My main failure (if they dont loose it) ...is I paid nearly 80 bux to fast ship to from Sweden to the USA.... complete waste

Thanks, Duncan.  That helps.  I've got the cover letter and sections prepped.  AYCO fasteners might be tough since it might cut off the top of my taxes so I'll probably stick to binder clips and sleeves.  

we used big binder clip, wrote case number and name on each pages, and placed it on a brown envelope.. good luck

i think they should hire more workers instead, i read from somewhere that they lessen workers at NVC, and that they are under paid..

yes that's what i learned.. there's this case, a co-filer just didnt include that 3 blank pages, she got checklist for it and was told to wait a veryyyy long time

agree to that, waiting 11 weeks hoping not receiving any checklist, (or otherwise it will reset again)

and waiting a month for the schedule of interview that's to take place after a month
