My scan date is January 18 (9 weeks and 1 day today) and still waiting. I am in supervisor review though. Even though I submitted my documents before they changed the time frame to 8 weeks from 6 weeks, they still had me wait 8 weeks to put the case in supervisor review.  My cousin had to wait over 12 weeks for a CC. Hopefully neither of us will have to wait that long. I am praying for all January filers to get a CC by the end of this month.  They are working 2nd week of January cases from what I can guess.

I understand your frustration. Hang in there. Any day now.

:(

Since my 8 week was completed today, 3 weeks from now will be 13th April, then it might go in supervisor review. Then they will take 2-3 weeks. So There is no way it will be completed before May.

Claudia you are absolutely correct. I am not happy about the time frame changing to 11 weeks but, hey at least its a bit realistic. 6-8 weeks was a complete JOKE !!! Scan date January 18 ( 9 weeks 1 day today ) no CC.

It has been taking 10-12 weeks for most of the cases I see around here.

do you call them to make sure your case is in review? probably a good idea to call and see if it's with the review department/ a supervisor.

Scan 01/17 here, we should be pretty close to CC I guess if there's any logic in NVC processing at all.

Called them on 03/21, got totally generic reply, "it's with review group". I asked is it being actively reviewed, they said "no, but it's in the right hands".

Well ... lets hope it doesn't take that long. I think your case will complete right on time for May interviews. Don't stress. Looking at recents CC's, time frame is 10-12 weeks. From what I see here they schedule interviews up til the 15th of the month ( depending on the consulate off course ).

If you are worried about not being in supervisor review, believe me you are not missing out on anything!! Most of us have been in "supervisor reviews" and still waiting. Stay Strong and good luck.

I hope so too.... I got the same answers multiple times.  I have decided not to call them. I will call them if I see CC's around my scan date but, other than that its pretty useless.

Let me know when you see them 3 N/A's, I will start annoying them

In my opinion supervisor / review department is the same thing just different wordings to get us off of the phones . I could be wrong though. As of March 16th my case is forwarded to supervisor's attention at least that's what I was told.

I have called earlier this week to get the same generic answers. I refuse to call until I see someone with CC around my Scan Date of January 18.

What is your scan date ?

i just called NVC and got a rep after 10 minutes, was checking my case stats where i sent 3rd check list and my scan date is Feb 27, she told me that you have to wait now up to 11 weeks i asked her it was 8 weeks she said from this Monday that is the new time frame and NVC update the time frame from 8weeks to now 11 weeks. :ranting: so now i have to wait 11 weeks and then it will forward to supervisor if the case didn't get review within 11 weeks. It shouldn't apply to those cases that is already pending before the new time frame updated to 11 weeks because when i confirmed my scan date 3 weeks ago and rep told me that it will take up to 8 weeks and now 11 weeks and this should only apply to those cases that's come on Monday and after. This is going more stress out now because my 1st case was completed on weeks 11 and this is now more and more time.

@beinlove Please update your timeline. It might help others!!

So I was just reading that I had to have signed it in black ink? I don't remember if I did it in black or blue. Does anyone know if someone has gotten a checklist for that? Ugh I'm so worried now.

They should accept it as long as it's legible.  I've even read about people getting RFEs because black ink resembled a printed signature as opposed to inked so don't worry!

P.S. Glad to see a peer going through UK Consulate :D Hopefully I can get some pointers from you and your interview experience since you're ahead of me!
