My package reached on Friday morning and I called them in the evening. They said to wait for up to 4 business days. I didn't wait and I called then Monday evening and they confirmed that my package showed up in the mail room. I recommend calling them every day until you get your confirmation

I see some people getting checklist for leaving pages 10-12 on i864 blanks. Do you guys have any experiences on this? Is it required to filled out if you do not use interpreter or preparer?

I only heard people not including the pages containing those sections in their package..not like you say..

I din't leave anything blank. I manually put either "NONE" or "N/A". It's better to be safe than sorry/oopps.

include the Physical address location? where your can mark an X indicating its the same address?

 

Also signature boxes? Seems odd to put N/A in there

Yes, I did include the physical address location and mark an X indicating it's the same address. Also signature boxes too.
