The NVC rep gave me our case number and IV number.  I got the email the next day

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately only a handful of countries have EP available.

07/22/2016: I-130 sent to USCIS

07/25/2016: NOA1, I-130 received at USCIS Nebraska Service Center

02/14/2017: NOA2, I-130 approved (205 Days after NOA1)

02/27/2017: Approved I-130 sent to NVC

 

NVC

03/03/2017: I-130 received at NVC

03/06/2017: Case number assigned

03/10/2017: Received email with case number and invoice number & DS-261 Submitted

03/10/2017: Received & Paid AOS fees

03/14/2017: Received & Paid IV fees

03/16/2017: DS-260 available & submitted, AOS and IV packets sent to NVC

Don't forget to call them after 4 working days, to verify if they received your documents otherwise it may cause delay on your scan date.

lucky you, it is being reviewed already (i hope he/she is telling the truth) just try and try checking it and do call them from time to time,

 

my scan date is also january 13, and was moved to SR on March 13, and still not being reviewed yet.

I have seen it has helped some people around here. I am giving them end of this month and will start calling back to back requesting for a supervisor. I know we are too late for April interview I better get MAY 

 

I have also emailed them and haven't received a reply yet. Will let you know if I hear something. Keep us updated. Good luck. 

after calling them and hang up, was wondering, does it really helped to be on supervisor review? or was it better to leave it at the reviewer?

because i saw there was this filer who didn't asked for SR, and got his CC after 10weeks / 12weeks

 

while my document is flagged for a SR, and yet i need to wait another 6 weeks

Which scan dates are currently getting cc. I have lost track the last I heard was December 23 thereabout. Anyone with information

Hey guys 

 

I-130 was approved a couple of months ago and have been trying to arrange the documents for NVC since then. Seems like we are on track to submit everything this month. 

 

Since most of you have already submitted your IV and AOS packages you might be able to help. I read somewhere that no original documents are to be sent to the NVC ( I cant find where I read that though) which seems to agree with the NVC wiki. However the wiki says that you are supposed to send the original I-864 forms .

 

So simply put do we send the original I-864 to the NVC or do we send copies and take the original to the interview?

Send the original I864. Send copies of all other documents. The originals will be needed for the interview
