Our interview is scheduled for next Tuesday, March 21. We didn't get any RFE's or checklist.  Don't stress. It will be fine.

How long did it take you guys to receive a notice that your case was received at the NVC? It's been 8 days since the case was sent to the NVC but I didn't receive any notification.

i called once every 2-3 days to check with them, their email system can be lagging.

i sent in only the one with checklist and put it on top of my documents, but i didnt know there's another document cover sheet, so i didnt send it in. what should i do...

That's all I sent and got a cc with no check list.   If u read all the page, it says send the one you get with the NVC welcome letter, or print one.   Only cover sheet I sent was the one I received with the email from the NVC welcome letter.

which document cover sheet did you send? is it the one with a checklist? thank you

Document cover sheet is the one which lists the documents to be enclosed and has the case# & barcode at the bottom. It is the one which was received with NVC welcome letter.

What is the scan date?

scan date is the date nvc received and scanned your AOS and IV documents into their system. after sending out your packet, you have to call them to confirm they have received and to get your scan date. The 6-8 weeks time frame would be calculate from the scan date.

okay! now i'm less worried :P thanks for your help!

No problem!  I was worried also when I read about a 2nd cover sheet, as I only used the one I got with the NVC welcome email. I went  back and checked the AOS receipt page.  It says on there use the one u received with the NVC welcome letter. Or if u need to print one from the AOS receipt page.
