Can I just asked what you said to the supervisor? Was it as simple as I'm not waiting another 8 weeks? I've been waiting 7 weeks today and had enough!!! Was hoping id get an cc and interview for April?! 

 

I had spoken to a supervisor a week back and was told she had no way of locatingbthe mail and would just have to wait?!? 

 

Any advice you could give would be great! Thank you!!!!

Can we send the package even before the AOS & IV fees are paid??

 

I have paid my AOS and waiting for the "In Process" to change to "Paid"..

 

Paid it on Saturday.. still hasn't changed...

 

Also can I know what has to be taken care off while filling the i864EZ?

AOS and IV have their own COVER SHEET

make sure u sent them both!!

Well last night my lawyer confirmed that this week they will email the AOS and IV packets. I guess this means I just wait a couple of weeks and we are basically done with this process and tracking down documents (finally!). Hoping to jump to next month's CC to Interview thread as soon as it is created; from what I have seen the interview at my consulate is generally assigned a week or so after CC. Things are looking good for May.

 

Thanks for all of the help answering my questions from everyone on here. I have been trying to educate myself the best I can on the details of the process, and this thread has been great. Lawyers tend to be very busy and it can be hard to get a million questions answered in the moment. Hoping we all get our CCs very soon.

You will be able to see IV Cover-sheet after it is invoiced.

there is one COVER SHEET looks like checklist in the welcome latter

AOS and IV have their own DOCUMENT COVER SHEET with BARCODE

 

if I remember right, the NVC will send u the DOCUMENT COVER SHEET with BARCODE after u pay

Yes. That is correct. Check if you are able to see the page with the given options for AOS while it is "In Process".

@Tanish I paid both fees. AOS fees shows paid while IV fees says "In Process" I printed both cover sheet as soon as I paid both fees but both cover sheet says "The next step in the immigration process is for the
Petitioner to submit an Affidavit of Support". Is this correct?
