Yes we elected to do EP, hopefully it pays off. Our timeline dates are very similar, let me know when you get that CC!!

Where do you check the case status on CAEC? and does it show At NVC after paying fees and submitting the DS-260?

@Nutella Many Thanks for whatever you could help me on the UK Police certificate. I got it last week and the service was very quick.

 

For those intending to apply and receive it outside UK, I would say opt for a Premium service and the service is super quick and very efficient. You would have it no time provided you have submitted all the documents in the right format.

Whenever I use the VISA status Check on the CAEC it says

Action required: Complete Form DS-260

 

Does somebody know why I am seeing this?

 

I have paid the AOS fee and says 'In Process'. I am yet to pay the IV fee.

Because that's your next step after you pay iv , once you submit your ds 260 it's going to change to send the required documents and it's going to stay that way even After you send your documents so don't panic , once your case is complete then it's going to change to at nvc .

It takes couple days to scan your documents, the only way to find out is to call them , I suggest you do that on Monday to confirm they received them and get your scan date.

nvc received my packet on March 1st, still haven't gotten our scan date.

NVC received my documents on January 6, and no progress since then...

But lets stay positive! I can see here that people get their CC with later dates than mine, so everything is possible.
