Many Thanks,Nutella!

Should the latest statement be sufficient? Or Do I need to provide atleast six months of the same?

How long did acro take to provide you with one?

Yes I did mine back in September so just went back and checked my documents! I sent my bank statement and phone bill both from the September month. Along with that I sent my paper copy of my driving license and passport photo scanned in.

I received it within the 10 days .. it was a very efficient service!

Guys.. who knows if it's possible for NVC to let someone take a Marriage divorce certificate to the interview instead of mailing to NVC?

@Ayo From what I've observed, generally they allow you take AOS related stuff to the interview, not so much on other things... But like others said, definitely worth giving NVC a call & seeing if you can get lucky ;)

After spending 7 months at USCIS and the past month and a half at NVC paying fees, my agent just realized that the tax returns she has were from the 2014 tax year. So now I have to wait on my sponsor to send to send her 2015 tax returns so my agent can submit the AOS and IV packages.

That sucks.

I know how you feel . I haven't seen my husband in 8 months and I am so upset. Our scan date is January 18th ( six weeks today ) . According to what I have been seeing here NVC takes 12 weeks or more to complete cases. Hang in there. This wait will end soon. Good Luck.
