Does calling NVC make a difference?  Am completely depressed about this.  Looks like in the end my papers will get done close to our second aniversarry ?.  Abu Dhabi consulate takes 6 to 8 months for interview after CC.  And it seems CC is elusive these days.

We have resigned to following up as all emails got the same reply - under review.

After spending 7 months at USCIS and the past month and a half at NVC paying fees, my agent just realized that the tax returns she has were from the 2014 tax year. So now I have to wait on my sponsor to send to send her 2015 tax returns so my agent can submit the AOS and IV packages.

Will try to call and see if our case can be in supervisor review or do we have to wait 8 weeks <_<

My cousin with scan date December 9 is still waiting. Anyone else around December 9 still waiting for CC ?

Have you received the CC yet ? Unfortunately, there is nothing much you can do if that's the time frame for them to schedule interviews. NVC schedules interviews based on the availability of the consulates.  If there isn't any availability for a couple months, you will have to wait unless its an expedite request or something.

If you like you can still call and see. Good Luck.

Guys.. who knows if it's possible for NVC to let someone take a Marriage divorce certificate to the interview instead of mailing to NVC?

It's possible I think I saw someone in here that been asked to bring it to the interview , I guess it depends on your luck , for me I have no chance  (:
