@Ahmed & Amy our case escalated to the review department on the same date which is feb.17 am i right? My scan date was dec.20 and got cc on march 2nd. You are right every time i called, got to hear same whatever you mentioned above but they day case got completed i checked before calling them and there were only 2 N/A's. While i was on hold for 25 min the rep told me "it looks like they just completed your case" that just made our day:jest: Wish you all the best hope you get to hear back this week. Good luck!!!

That's what happened with us.  I called was on hold for a long time but then I was informed that it had just completed. Congratulations!!!

Have inquired why it's taken so long for them to process your case or spoken to a supervisor? That just seems too long.

I agree! Called many times already lawyer too... The same info that it is in review .. Planning to call next week to speak with someone who can explain all of this clearly considering it's been so long ...

Hi,

I have been reading this blog and it very informative. I am hoping somebody could give some answers on the following questions;

1) When I check on CEAC case status : Submit required documents. But I already submitted all documents and is on their system Jan. 12, 2017.

2) Ask NVC responded to my inquiry and said that the correspondence is under review? What does this mean? How long will take it?

I appreciate all input.

Randy this is now the standard update where it used to say "AT NVC". The nice rep at NVC advised me iti will remain as this until they've finished reviewing your documents, as the system doesn't know whats in your iV and AOS packages until that time. (if you're able to search all posts by me I had a more lengthy answer typed up a couple of weeks back).
Under review if you're still at under 6 weeks (or 8 weeks is the new timeline on their site) it simply means your documents haven't been reviewed yet.  If they say Supervisor Review that's a different story.

Last week, I got some mixed messages from reps. First, they told me that my case was escalated to supervisor review. Then in two days I called again, and she said that,  next week will be my 8th week and that I should hear from them.  Thank you for replying my message.

Not sure.  I called last Wednesday to check the status, was told "its being reviewed ".   I checked Friday evening and it showed "paid".  Just bored today and decided to take a look.  Today it shows "N/A".  So I don't know if that is updated in real time, or if there is a delay as to when it changes.
