We would like to take a moment to thank each and everyone of you here who has taken the time to answer our questions and kept us going. I dont know what we would have done without this site and everyone who is a part of it.  I hope and pray that all of the fellow members have their case completed soon. May we all live happily ever after with our loved ones. May our lives be filled with lots of laughter and joy!!! Ameen

Origional scan date was back in October 23 (I think) and then got a checklist in January regarding a box. My husband left his name out on the affidavit of support apparently, so from the next scan date (25/01) it took 64 days to get a case complete! 

 

I hope so too! When was your scan date? 

Hi my orignal scan date is dec 6th. But the new one is March 27th

Hey I see on your timeline you got a checklist of I 864 form for leaving pages 10-12 blank. I didn't fill those pages out as well, because I didn't have  an interpreter. Did I need to put " none" or N/A in those boxes??

No - it is fine to leave those blank if you did not need them! I forgot to include them in my packet all together, that's why I received a checklist.

 

All they need to do is add the pages to my file.... but that must be really hard since its going to take them 11 weeks

Oh, didn't see it in your timeline!  In that case i hope you get a CC soon!!

 

I'm still waiting for the NVC to actually receive the USCIS packet and assign a Case # so still a few steps behind.  I can't believe they take a year or mroe to process a spouse visa.  That's precious time together lost :/  Where do all my taxes go lol

Same CC as us!! insha'Allah insha'Allah we will get an interview soon.. I'm starting to feel restless about the interview date and the interview it self!! So worried they may deny it.. insha'Allah insha'Allah insha'Allah it won't be the case! Where is your consulate??
